Investing in Poverty

Jeffrey Sachs argues that too much poverty threatens the security of richer nations, causing wars and insurrections that cost more than it would cost to reduce poverty. Despite the title of his book, he doesn’t want to end poverty. He sees it as an investment opportunity.
