How can a country, destroy the value of capital, without expecting some kind of market failure and currency devaluation?

I understand that people choose to be stupid to gain power over others, but such power is negative, just like war is.

At the same time I have a funny feeling we are living in the most amazing time ever, and maybe, in our life time, we will see weapons made into ploughshares.

Of course no one can reverse the overkill of the underfed.

It will be very hard to not fear people that have been wronged. But Goodwill probably is a concept we shouldn’t underestimate, cause that might be the link to a peaceful future.
